A week after I bought the car my best friend Darcy and I where ripping it apart to fix a few problems and I just could not put it back together without some tweaking. Here is a list of what has been done to the car so far.
Bored 20 over (excessive wear) Mild port on the head, with back cut and 3 angle valve job Very mild clean up on the intake and exhaust manifolds 3" Turbos Unleashed swing valve 3" AL mandrel bend exhaust from FWD Performance Hooker muffler Underdrive pulley, I shaved the AC part off for 10$ since I will never need it. - Picked up an OTC 4000E scanner. I wrote a datalogging program from my laptop to continous data capture from the scanner. Email me if you are interested.
- 255 L/Hr Walbro fuel pump

- Removed the PCV system and put in a long hose that hangs at back of the k-frame. In cold climates watch for ICE blocking the end.
June 2004
- Tinted the back three windows with the help of a friend (Alex). Actually I helped him. :) I had the front two done in a light tint, by a shop. The first 3 where just too much fun!
- Fixed up some rust behind the passenger strut tower and wheel weel that went into the fire wall behind the heater core assembly. Coated it with POR-15 and plan to coat the whole bottom of the car with it.

- 40+ injectors and a Jame Richardson's AFPR (April 2005 put the stock injectors back in.)
August 2004
- My rear brakes had bad grooves worn into the caliper bracket where the pads sit. Darcy welded them up for me and I ground them to the proper shape. No more brake rattle!!

- EGT gauge/probe - Pic2, Pic 3
- Had the complete top end cryoed. The head, intake, exhaust mani, turbo, all the bolts etc. everything.
- Rebuilt Ported head by mpgmike. Back cut 3 angle valves, conical springs with 30 thou shims, 2 Singh'g grooves per chamber, grooved intake runners aka power lynz, heat coated exhaust runners and chamber, #4 coolant mod (old pic - has changed). Flow numbers here.
- Intake manifold was powder coated and opened up for a larger thottle body in the future.
- Exhaust manifold was heat coated inside and out, and tapped for an EGT probe, which was plugged and moved closer to the head..

- More in depth custom cal. Fuel tables adjusted. Fuel turned off on deaccel, PT table adjust for g-valve and other mods

- Elford Motor Sports Log Header with inside and outside heat coating
- Home built turbo with a .63 exhaust housing with heat coating inside and outside, 1987 GN housing and compressor wheel , which should be a S70
- Spare head back on, self modified CC with Singh Grooves and Allpar's dana44 edging. (The other one had a crack in the CC), used all the same hardware from the built up head.
- Shifter cable with new rubber bellows from an Eagle
Not too sure what the next modifications planned will be. I am think of a new casting done all up for April and a 555/520 hybrid tranny with AL flywheel.
As I find time I will add information and pictures on the various additions and mods I did to the car.
